here's a little gem on a little piece of cardboard. sometimes the best artwork is made on scraps of paper or inexpensive surfaces... perhaps we are just not worrying about the cost of the canvas and free ourselves to just paint... if i didn't sleep for nearly 12 hours last night, i might want to go and take a nap now...

i hear that there is a new pedro almodovar film coming out soon. i adore his movies which is why this painting has the title that it does. this is my interpretation of my imagination of a possible scene from one of his movies...

feeling like i need to dive back in to the great cataloging project. it's a long and ongoing project, but i've got a different approach this time - focus on 20 paintings at a time. i want to make sure that each painting is titled, numbered, signed, photographed and added to my flikr page.
