here's a self portrait on pegboard that i did a while ago... it doesn't really look anything like me, but it is...

started off 2010 with a organizing frenzy...
cleaned up my studio and filed several month's worth of paperwork.
canceled a credit card that i no longer use.
photographed and cataloged some works and ordered prints of them for my hardcopy album as well.
and with all this work i give you a favorite painting of mine on pegboard - a plastic man without arms!

i hope to catalog many more works this year.
i hope to paint at least one new painting per week.
i hope to keep my studio clean - well, let's call that 'ready to paint' instead of 'clean'.

here is a quick snapshot of my 500th painting. as you can see, it is a portrait of wayne's hairdryer chair. it's about 2' x 4' and painted on the rough side of a piece of pegboard.

Here's one of the newest paintings. The mixer hangs in our kitchen pink and fabulously. and because it's on pegboard, no frame is needed nor any hanging hardware - there are plenty of holes for nails already!
