flowers

i've been playing with watercolors lately. these are some flowers that i picked from our garden. they look like cone flowers, but they come from plant in which the leaves are edible. i can't remember the name. the leaves are tough but can be cooked like collards. i haven't tried them yet, but will next spring before the leaves get too tough.
